Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. All orders ship from California, so West Coast deliveries are typically faster. Shorter shipping distances are kinder to the planet!

Each candle is carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candles! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
Our Policy:
- •Unused, unlit candles may be returned for a full refund
- •Items must be in original packaging
- •Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- •Damaged items? Contact us immediately with photos
Since each candle is handmade, slight variations in color and texture are normal and not grounds for return. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Sending a Gift?
We love helping you send thoughtful gifts! Add gift wrapping with a ribbon for just $2 at checkout. You can also include a personalized message and we'll add a handwritten note to your order.
No prices or receipts are included in gift shipments.
