Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Santa Monica Candle Co. website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Pricing

All products are hand-poured and may have slight variations in appearance. This is normal and part of the handmade process.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure payment processor, Square. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping costs. Items must be in original packaging.

Candle Safety

By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that you have read and will follow proper candle safety guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from flammable materials
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Limitation of Liability

Santa Monica Candle Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Santa Monica Candle Co. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Changes to These Terms
